Helping Organisations Bridge the Gap Between Strategy and Execution

I’m Diana Verde Nieto, an Argentine-British entrepreneur and CEO with 25 years building companies at the intersection of technology, learning, and organisational change. I speak on the future of work, AI adoption, and how performance happens when knowledge reaches people at the point of decision. I also serve as a Non-Executive Director, bringing governance oversight to growth-stage and established companies navigating transformation

A Global Voice for
a New Era of Leadership

I still remember presenting Sir David Attenborough with his lifetime achievement award. Over dinner he told me the story of the Large Blue butterfly, how bringing it back took patience, the right conditions, and people working together for many years.

The story stayed with me because it’s a perfect example of how change really happens. I’ve spent the last 25 years building and scaling businesses across technology and sustainability. I’ve worked with luxury companies and FMCG brands, and I’ve advised leaders through change.

The pattern I keep seeing is surprisingly consistent across sectors. It’s not a lack of ambition or investment, it’s the last mile, the knowledge people need does not reach them at the moment decisions are made, on the shop floor, in procurement, or front of a customer.

I’ve seen transformations work when organisations design for that reality. I’ve also seen them stall when great strategy never makes it into day to day execution.

And that brings me back to that dinner, progress is made when people work together to solve problems, and it’s in those moments that shape outcomes.
